From vine to bottle in 6 weeks. Our white alternative to Beaujolais Nouveau released on the 3rd Thursday of November. We focus on 'free run' juice that gets fermented in stainless steel tanks. Almost as soon as the ferments have finished, the wine is carefully blended and bottled in time for early release.
